Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the reps. website and its demo features. By using the service you agree to them. They are a working draft for a free demo: counsel review is pending, and nothing here creates a real-money or token product.
1. What this is
reps. is a browser fitness game: historical market charts drive on-device workout sessions counted by your camera. Packs, rewards and any token shown in the product are simulations or illustrations unless we clearly state otherwise. Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and at least 13. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You may sign in with an email code, Google or X. Keep your sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or abuse referrals or ladder rankings.
4. Health and safety
Workouts are physical activity. Take part only if it is safe for you, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. We are not responsible for injuries arising from your use of reps. Consult a physician if you have health concerns.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to defeat pose detection at scale, attack the service, scrape other players’ data, or use reps. for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Intellectual property and market data
The reps. interface, art and brand assets are owned by us or our licensors. Tickers are named for identification only. We are not affiliated with any brokerage, exchange or trading platform, and none of them endorse this game.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Demo features may change or break. We do not guarantee uptime, counting accuracy, or that simulated rewards have any cash or token value.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of reps.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; the date at the top moves when we revise them.
10. Operator and contact
reps. is operated by the Vitals Protocol team. The contracting legal entity, its jurisdiction and governing law are pending counsel review and will be stated here once confirmed. Until then, reach the team on X at @playrepsxyz.
